Country And Western Jamboree

 Here`s a neat various artist comedy/novelty song LP. I`m not sure, but the Buckingham label looks like it could be related to the Starday label somehow. At least this LP is a Starday type product. Happy downloading!

    On further listening I found a few inaccuracy's, Morgan Woodward is not the singer but I feel it should be Dale Henderson and a few others are wrong from what I can tell

    The Morgan Woodward track has been repaired. Sorry I missed that!
    As far as the inaccuracies, If there are artists I`m not familiar with, I have to just go by what the album jacket says. Of course the song list could be wrong, especially on a cut rate label product like this.

    Thanks for repairing the Morgan Woodward track, but there are still problems with the two following tracks. Although labelled as by Ned Miles and Hank Payne, they are actually repeats of the unfixed Morgan Woodward track. I enjoy your blog very much. There is always interesting material. Best wishes.

    There are a series of these albums on the Buckingham/Palace/Masterseal etc. group of labels. They all consist of two "name artist" tracks from Starday catalog (first track of each side) along with ten tracks drawn from singles on Starday's "Dixie" custom pressing line. The artist names are always changed on the Dixie sides. It would a great thing if someone somewhere were able to compile a list of these LPs and the corresponding Dixie artists/issue numbers...

    Give me a few days and I`ll get this fixed. When I transferred this I had trouble with Busy Busy Man skipping. I deleted good tracks and kept bad ones by accident.
