Here`s a funny comedy record by the ole Cajun, Justin Wilson. How many people out there remember his cooking show that used to be on PBS? I can`t believe they don`t show the show again! We should all contact PBS stations across the country demanding that they put it back on the air!

ReplyDeleteThe cooking show was my introduction to Justin Wilson. It was always fun and entertaining and I learned a lot about Cajun cooking. Fun and entertaining don't seem to have a place in many cooking shows. About the only one to compare with Wilson in recent years is Alton Brown's Good Eats. Also out of production. . .
ReplyDeleteYeah, me too. I`d just discovered he had made records about 3 years ago. I can`t believe PBS don`t re-run his show!
DeleteJustin's tv show ended right at the time that my wife & I moved to Baton Rouge with our two boys. I'd have loved to be in that audience!
ReplyDeleteAllen, I only got tracks 3&4 from this download. Much thanks for that, but can you add the other tracks too, please?
Nevermind: I see it's both sides of the LP, just labelled as tracks 3 & 4.
ReplyDeleteI used to have to transfer from an LP directly to a cd before I figured out how to transfer onto my computer, so sometimes some track numbers will look wrong, or look out of order, ect.
